Inventory

Assets are brought into inventory on behalf of our clients (Leasing Companies, Banks, and Bankruptcy Courts).  As a general rule BUL-RUS EXPORTS CORP does not buy inventory.   Inventoried assets are assigned a tracking number (RTR#). A Fair Market Value (Asking Price) for the asset is established with the original paper holder (i.e. lease company, bank, trustee). Assets are marketed at the Asking Price (subject to change without notice), all offers including offers at the asking price are subject to review and acceptance by our client.  Every effort possible to determine condition and operability of an asset is used in our testing and evaluation process.  Please see the Terms & Conditions of sale below. BUL-RUS EXPORTS CORP.  will disclose any and all known pertinent facts related to an asset.  Our base knowledge on any given account is as follows: Original vendor, Date of purchase, place of recovery, status at time of recovery, and current Asking Price.  The inventory on this website represents a portion of the current inventory available for sale.  If you do not find the item you're looking for please contact us to be added to a buyers list describing assets you would be interested in.

Sales policy

• All sales are on a cash, cashier's checks, or wire transfers basis. No sale is final until funds are received by BUL-RUS EXPORTS CORP . Verbal commitments of sales are honored at management's discretion.
• Items may be placed on hold with "sale pending," provided a non-refundable deposit of no less than 10% is received. Items will be placed on hold for a length of time determined at the time of deposit.
• All offers including offers at the asking price are subject to review and acceptance by our client.  All offers should be submitted in writing clearly stating item, amount, and buyers information. Bid/offer forms can be obtained by calling BUL-RUS EXPORTS CORP .

Terms and conditions of sale *

All equipment is sold as is, where is, with no warranties implied or given. BUL-RUS EXPORTS CORP  makes no express warranty of any kind and disclaims all implied warranties to include warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  Further no commitment is made by BUL-RUS EXPORTS CORP as to the functionality or condition of any item.  The buyer is responsible for the transportation and or storage of the purchased equipment.  All purchased equipment must be removed from BUL-RUS EXPORTS CORP  facilities or its location within 5 working days or be subject to storage fees.   BUL-RUS EXPORTS CORP accepts no responsibility for damage or loss (be it physical, monetary, or intangible in nature) sustained by any of the parties involved either directly or indirectly as a result of the processing of an order. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the purchased equipment to include any damage and/or loss that may occur after the execution of the sale.

Shipping

Purchased items are packaged and shipped at buyer's expense.  BUL-RUS EXPORTS CORP is glad to provide packaging services and pass on discounted shipping rates provided to us. BUL-RUS EXPORTS CORP is not a shipping company, agent or broker of shipping. Details and requirements regarding the shipment of purchased assets on behalf of the buyer by BUL-RUS EXPORTS CORP should be discussed in advance with the remarketing representative handling the transaction.
